How do I create an account and book into a class?

To get started, download our Access Pilates app. You can create an account and purchase a membership or class pass through the app. After your induction is complete (see below for more information about inductions) you will manage all your class bookings through the app.

When are your classes?

Bookings are available every hour on the hour 24/7, made through our Access Pilates app.

How do I cancel my membership?
​
Membership cancellations must be done via email to your studio. Let us know when you’d like to stop and we’ll guide you through the process. Please refer to your membership contract for further details on cancellations.

Can I pause my membership?
​
Yes! Our 12 Month Membership includes one pause of up to 7 consecutive days. Our Unlimited Weekly Membership allows you to pause your membership as often as you like. Just message through the app or email your studio ahead of time with your pause request.

I’ve never done Pilates before, where should I start?
​
Once you have purchased a membership or class pass, you will need to start by booking an induction with one of our studio managers. They will guide you through safety and the use of the studio.
Once your induction is complete, you will have access to a range of different classes through our kiosk interface. Including programs that are specific to Pilates Beginners by introducing basic reformer movements and proper alignment. There are also Pilates Taster programs that are designed to help you learn the fundamentals of Pilates and get familiar with the reformer machines to build your confidence at your own pace.

I’ve purchased a membership or class pack but can’t book any classes – why?
​
At Access Pilates, member safety is our priority. To support this, all new studio members must receive a face-to-face induction before attending their first booked session.
